To provide scholarship for graduating seniors from any public or private high school in Connecticut.
Applicants must be graduating seniors from any public or private high school in Connecticut who are about to enter a four-year college or university and major in teaching career education.
Selection shall be based on Academic record; Character and Personality including community service Interests and Educational Activities; Financial Need will be determined by the Student Aid Report (SAR).
