Applicants must be employed 20 or more hours by a member of the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce; must begin course within 6 months of receiving award; must be matriculated in college-level coursework applicable toward an associates or bachelor’s degree; must be at least 18 years old.
Selection will be based on a scoring rubric.
