To support exceptional young scientists who have performed original doctoral thesis work of outstanding scientific quality and achievement in the area of fluid dynamics.
Applicants must be doctoral students studying at any colleges or universities in the United States or in any education abroad program of any colleges or universities in the United States; must have been accomplished as part of the requirements for a doctoral degree; must have completed their dissertations during the previous calendar year.
Selection will be based on committee decision.
