To funds research aimed at improving the care of people with diabetes and chronic kidney disease.
Applicants must hold a PhD, MD, PharmD, DO or DPM degree, or other science-related degree; must possess the necessary skills and training to carry out proposed work; and must agree to devote sufficient time and effort to research.
Preference will be given on evaluated applications that has original study design with applicability to the scope of study, its potential impact, and its treatment and prevention to kidney disease and diabetes.
