To encourage and develop the next generation of underground industry professionals.
Applicant must be a currently enrolled college student who is a relative or dependent of an active member of NASSCO or has worked actively in the industry and is sponsored by an active NASSCO member; must have earned a 3.0 GPA and be seeking a career in the underground infrastructure industry.
Recipients are selected based on ethics, high integrity, work experience, community service and leadership.
