Applicants must be at least 16 years of age at the time of application; must be high school seniors; must be of East, South, Southeast Asian, or Pacific Island heritage; must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States; must be beginning full-time study at an accredited post-secondary educational institution in the United States; must have a minimum 3.3 GPA, demonstrate leadership in extracurricular activities and involvement in community service; must have financial need.
